The DevOps Manager will facilitate seamless collaboration between development and operations, and take responsibility for the stability and scalability of the logistics platform by optimizing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security, and monitoring systems.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- • Lead the DevOps team and manage personnel and performance
- • Design, operate, and optimize AWS-based cloud infrastructure and costs
- • Design, build, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
- • Operate and standardize container environments using Kubernetes and Docker
- • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- • Establish service monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- • Develop incident response processes and enhance operational stability
- • Collaborate with Security, Development, and QA teams to define DevOps strategies and technical roadmaps
Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related field
- • Experience operating cloud services on at least one platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
- • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- • Experience managing containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker
- • Experience operating Linux servers and basic networking knowledge
- • Team leadership experience and project management skills
